How to Get the Most Out of this Course
1. Download the Study Guides
Download the Study Guide at the beginning of each course.
2. Watch the Video Lessons
Watch the video lessons and take notes using the provided study guides.
3. Take the Quizzes
Take the relevant quizzes following each video. On topics that you find more challenging retake the quizzes after a little time has passed (spaced repetition). A common mistake students make in their MCAT content review is to watch videos or read texts without incorporating relevant practice. This is a HUGE mistake. Reinforcing the video lessons with practice will make your content review much more effective.
4. Ask Questions
Each lesson has a discussion area and there are forums you can access from your dashboard.
5. SMILE
